From the 8th to the 10th of July 2019, the Hedley Bull Building at ANU will be home to The 24th International Lexical Functional Grammar Conference (LFG2019)
"The conference aims to promote interaction and collaboration among researchers interested in non-derivational approaches to grammar, where grammar is seen as the interaction of (perhaps violable) constraints from multiple levels of structuring, including those of syntactic categories, grammatical relations, semantics and discourse."
Early bird registration closes on 1 June!
As well as the main conference, which will feature keynote speeches from Kersti Börjars (University of Manchester) and Louisa Sadler (University of Essex), there will also be a Teach-In on Saturday the 6th of July, covering the topic of Using Lexical-Functional Grammar (LFG) in diachronic linguistics, which you can register for separately here
There will also be a Bush Walk ,for the conference participants, on the 7th of July
