Intact but the surface is badly incrusted. Pale brown clay. The lip is uneven. It has a groove towards the outer edge of the upper face. There is a depression in the centre of the floor on the inside. Small foot, flat on the underside. The vase is covered on all surfaces with a matt red slip, fired black in some areas.
