Lachlan is a PhD student in the Centre for Classical Studies. His thesis is a diachronic study of the Greek island of Chios in the Archaic and Classical eras. He has presented on diachronic change in the Chian slave system (39th Australasian Society for Classical Studies conference, 2018) and the development of Linked Employer-Employee data in Australia (27th Australian Labour Market Research workshop, 2016).
